Glad you had a great time, but you missed some of the best restaurants on the island! Head to Kihei...Nutcharee's Authentic Thai Food has the most incredible short rib curry, duck curry and crispy fish with mango salad. Also, our go to breakfast place is Kihei Caffe for their banana mac nut pancakes or loco moco. Worth the drive is Bullys Burgers in Kula where you sit on saddles and eat at an outdoor counter looking down the mountain at a stunning ocean view. The beef is local from the Triple L Ranch. We go to a couple of local diners too (Tasty Crust and Sam Sato), but the food/ambiance doesn't appeal to everyone. At Foodland, get the marinated edamame and peanuts. Also, their poke is the best, besides Tamura's and the Kaohu Store. We miss the restaurants in Lahaina, but hoping that they will come back one day! Mahalo for your video!
