I have this problem too recently. I just got a car 2 weeks and im building speakers and a subwoofer into my car. Radio is a Kenwood kcd dab960bt. What i think is the problem in my case, is that my car(opel astra g) battery is very low on power. If i turn the radio off and drive a bit, then try it again it works.
