In Part 2, of this video I share a fun activity that I would normally do in the classroom with my students around this time of the year and that's creating a Thankful Tree. Well this time around I decided to turn it up a notch and turn my Thankful Tree into a 3D Tree. It does take some work and elbow grease but the end result is worth it. In one part of the video while assembling my trees you'll see I had some difficulties based on where I made the slit to slide the two trees together but that's ok. I quickly popped out my trusty glue gun and began to improvise. I then added details as well as a few personal touches and my tree was standing tall and wonderful. This idea is perfect as an added activity to do with your family and friends before or after dinner. It's even a great idea for a Friendsgiving, so I hope you give it a try. You can jazz it up or keep it rustic, either way be creative.

Well I hope you enjoy this two part Thanksgiving Special even with the hiccups and all. Remember you can share your creations with us via Instagram I'd love to see your work. Remember to be safe, be in the present and Have a Happy Thankful Dinner from Avalee and Me.
