Mrs Villaneuva was bullied by this banker because she wasn't speaking English, luckily the banker's colleague knew Spanish to translate and settle it professionally. The boss had to learn the hard way, that he shouldn't listen to the venomous snake working for him!!! Time for restructure of the bank and fire the meanest staff ever!!!

Good Lord!!! I'm only a quarter into this video and all I can say is this bank worker is so inexcusable I'm in food service and have been for years & the first of the most basic things are politeness to your customers and if it looks like you have questions helping them find a manager who can better 🤬*Okay I just finished and it was so satisfying as I suspected it would be! From the beginning this bank worker was so callous and downright cruel in the way she marked this poor woman who was making a genuine effort to speak English as best she could and if there is something in another language you cannot read it is completely irresponsible not to find somebody who can read it in order to help!!! Good acting & a very satisfying ending!!!👏👏👏
