I legit was able to dunk every once in a while… but it was just barley and now that I’ve been doing this exact workout for a while now I can easily get my head to the rim ! Thanks man!

“JUMP” Hi! Thank you so much for making this video and this may seem like a dumb question but will this work for volleyball players? I’m a very short volleyball spiker and I’d like to get a higher vertical but I don’t know if this is just for basketball players or not!

Hey! I'm trying to get my vert up as much as I can because I have club tryouts for volleyball in October, and I'm about 5'0. My dad told me about this workout and I'm going to test it out!:) On an approach, I can touch 8'0-8'1, and on standing I can touch about 7'8-7'9. Do you know how much I can increase by then? It’s going to take patience and I am trusting the process, but I would like to know!:)
