How to enable HDMI LINK PS4 and TURN ON TV WITH PS4 Controller (Best Method)

Do you want to know how to turn on your TV with your PS4 Controller?? Also, how to control your PS4 using your TV Remote. To be able to control your PS4 with your remote and turn your TV on with your PS4 controller, you need to enable PS4 HDMI LINK. It's a simple setting that will allow you to quickly switch inputs on your TV.

Go to settings and scroll down to systems. Under here you can check mark the enable HDMI device link box. This a great feature, I can switch inputs real quick just with pressing the playstation button on my controller. Also, when I use my tv remote on my ps4, It's great for watching movies. For those who have any Roku Smart TVs and want to turn on your tv and hdmi inputs using a ps4 or other connected system, go to yout roku tv settings, go to system, got to control other devices (CEC), and select the option to search for CEC devices. This will show you which devices connected to your tv are compatible to turn on the tv and switch hdmi inputs. Once its done searching, it'll tell you which hdmi input has a compatible device connected. Then enable 1-touch play. And there you have it, now your tv will turn on whenever and switch to the selected hdmi input when you turn on your ps4 or other connected sources. Hope this helps

This feature was turned on my Ps4 & Ps5…I put the large files on download at night but when I turn off my tv my PlayStations were also getting turned off and I couldn’t figure out what’s going on…but your video helped me a lot…thanks mate for help…liked n subscribed
