Mayonnaise, it is getting ready to be summer and I need a vegan version for tomato sandwiches, potato salad, etc. I like the way that you tell the whole story... With options for everybody 🙏

Derik! This is epic. I was literally at my grocery store 1 hour ago and I ALMOST bought this because of how much you use it… I decided not to buy it because of the ingredients and the price… I’m so glad to be able to check out this tutorial thank you!! 🙏

It's honestly incredible how hard your videos and recipes go sometimes. I've been cooking most of my life and am continuously surprised by the techniques you use, the ways you prepare things, and cracking the code on beloved condiments like bachan's. Well done as always 💖

My hero!!!! This sauce is so expensive here and obviously not the healthiest but soooo good. I kept meaning to write you to request a homemade version. Dream come true! You're the best!

I rushed to my kitchen to make your second version. It's fantastic! I don't have dates and used two small sweet apples. Thank you so much, Derek.

Would love it if you would demo orange sauce or how to make a vegan version of orange chicken without mushrooms.
Also a sweet and sour sauce to drizzle over veggie stir fry would be great.
Love your videos!
Thank you for making them.

After hearing about it from you, I vaguely remembered seeing it at Costco. The last time I went to Costco I went looking for it & there was none to be found. I'm in Ontario. Definitely worth making as it will be 100% healthier. Thanks!

It's everywhere where i am in the States but expensive for a much smaller bottle than the one you were holding. Thank you bc we use this sauce on soy curls when making poke bowls. It's really good and the healthier option is perfect! 10/10!
