This footage is part of a DVD/Blu-ray/Streaming video chronicling some of the 50th anniversary celebrations on the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. The Toltec Rattler was the very first photo freight excursion on the newly formed C&TS, taking place at the end of the 1972 season. In October of 2022, the day after a snowstorm, the railroad hosted the "Toltec Rattler Redux" commemorating that first photo freight with 2 all-day trips from Chama New Mexico to Big Horn and return. Here are some highlights.
