Ingredients:

Salt Deluxe:
2 Parts Iodized Salt
1 Part MSG

Secret Sauce:
Equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise
Diced pickles, to taste

For Big Mac:
Sesame seed buns
80% Ground Beef formed into 2.5 ounce patties
Chopped lettuce
Sliced pickles
Minced onions
1 Slice American Cheese
Secret sauce, as needed

If you have the time/patience, you can bake your own buns. That way you can slice them into the three parts, instead of having to use part of a second bun for the middle like a lot of copycat recipes do.

This is good. It's one of the very few copycats I've seen that acknowledges that people who eat McDonald's don't want any old burger with Big Mac sauce on it, they want something that tastes like a Big Mac. If I want a burger, I go to the local bar and grill, or I make it myself. That's a different craving than the craving for McDonald's.

There is a local deli around the corner from my house and we used to get dinner or breakfast there like many twice a week or once depending on how organized we where with grocery shopping anyway it used to cost my family maybe 30$ to eat there for three people not it’s 60$
