EPISODE 96 | WHAT TO WEAR FOR WINTER CYCLING

Things are finally beginning to chill out here in Sydney, which gives us a great opportunity to chat about what to wear when riding during the colder months. Like I said in the video, this is probably a more specific chat to our climate, gone are the 4mm thick wetsuit show covers I used around Wicklow.

The other element is this is very much dry winter riding, especially my comments about the winter jacket. I firmly believe you do not need a winter jacket in our part of the world, especially if you are riding in the dry.

Anyway, I'm really interested in your thoughts on the subject.

I've also addressed some of the questions about the zone 2 stuff from the other day. I really wanted to stress, I'm a big believer in incorporating it into your rides, rather then having it as your main goal.

Very interesting insights into how other people dress. I live in Melbourne and personally never use leg warmers if it is above 5 as I find they are really uncomfortable.
