I spent £500 on a giant mystery box of customer returns! If you return your amazon packages the sometimes go to auction where I can buy them and see what you bought !!
I love when people film "I bought amazon returns" / "I bought lost cargo" / "I bought a returns palette" videos so I filmed my own! :p

I work in an electronic store, I do customer service. So when you yelled "they lied! they broke it!! they completely lied, its not bad quality, they broke it!!" I felt at right home... :D

I feel that even if the toys are broken, it's still a cool robot and a kid that doesn't have many toys will probably still like it, so I would have donated it anyway. Just a single toy can help a kid with so many things, working or not working. :)

My coffee machine did the drip situation, it's not broken its just the tiny nozzle gets clogged up over time if not cleaned properly, use a sewing needle, push it into the tiny hole twist it about a bit, run the hot water through it again, and watch the junk come out, and the flow return to normal :)

With the coffee machines they may need descaling as mine used to do that when it needed cleaning.

Glad to see you’re doing better! I think this video is showing that in the UK we generally don’t send stuff back to Amazon unless it’s actually broken 😹 Maybe a John Lewis box would be a bit more successful!

I think the coffee machines may work if they had a pod in them. I think they're not meant to work without one? Not 100% though

Take the ring light to your local cell phone or electronics repair shop. Fixing the broken wire is pretty easy and it looks like a neat unit. They may be able to recommend someone to fix the robots too or ask a local school if they want them for some of the students to work on. Getting practical experience fixing electronics would be great.
