India is not a democracy its an anarchy why is supreme court passing judgments on welfare? why is opposition stalling the parliament? why are dalals blocking the roads? why is kejriwal more socialist than socialists he criticised? States don't have the rights they should and they have the special rights that no state in a federal structure does (118 of HP).

Rule should be enacted that if an elected misbehave in the sacred hall of the parliament/Rajyasabha should be suspended from the house for the remaining part of his tenure as a MP. Creating RUCKUS in the house should not be seen as a credit or heroism of a MP.AAP, INC,TMC MPs who have continuously obstructed the proceedings of the house should be punished in such a way, that till 2024 (remaining tenure of the present house) and should be barred from contesting any election in future.
