I cant stand when ppl think losing weight happens overnight. It’s a slow process if done the healthy way.
You are a great person and sucks to see so many ppl give u so much grief.

Sustainable weightloss is all about figuring out what your favorite foods are and modifying them a little to make them healthier. SierraAnn figured this out and she is THRIVING. I'm also on my health journey and I still eat whatever I want, just modifying it to trim calories off here and there. It's a marathon, not a race.

People are silly. Dressing doesn't "cancel out" the fiber, water content, or nutrients from a salad. Sure, it adds extra calories but you can still be in a deficit while enjoying your salad if that's your goal.

My favorite response I've heard regarding that "remark" is, "The dressing does not take away the benefit of the veggies you are consuming." Literally, eat what you want, how you want. You know what works for you, way better than strangers on the internet. 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️💁‍♀️

You are such a queen, I watch you faithfully. I honestly don't care what you weigh, you are a wonderful young lady. I absolutely adore you. I am 49 yrs old have lung cancer and you are who gets me through all my treatments, girl I have my nurses watching you. Always my "bestie" oh I want eat salad unless it's literally swimming in dressing, I don't want a bowl of dry AZZ lettuce 😂😂
