When my ex wife cheated on me got pregnant by the other man, and she took my daughter from me. I was devastated. I devoted my life to being there for my daughter after I found out she was being neglected, abused by her mother. For 14 years I prayed, served god, created a charity, and helped in acts retreats. Prayed that god would intervene and give the police, child protective services, her teachers, anyone with authority the wisdom and and ability to see the proof of her neglecte, and abuse. Never happened. Time for god to intervene came and went . So did my faith. I stopped going to church. Stopped the charity, and serving god. I have a second daughter 4 years old and she has never learned about god from me. Dont want to give here false hope.
