One thing I’ve noticed though and I’m actually happy about is that there are SO MANY westerners who actually agree with Qatar’s and us Muslims point of view in this subject. It’s given me a bit more hope in the people of the west. WAY more westerners agree with our point of view on this lgbt stuff. it just proves no matter how much evil is spread and taught, the fitra is still there in some capacity, even in the non Muslims.

Just to show how clear the hypocrisy is. The other day when that guy run on the pitch with the rainbow flag. You should have seen the newspapers here in Norway. The guy was put on front page right away and was regarded a hero, and the other day when the same thing happened but the man that ran on the pitch had a Palestinian flag on him. The man wasn't even mentioned in most of the newspapers or tv channels. The double standards

I speak to my school bus driver everyday about issues that we face everyday. she isn't Muslim, but she agrees with some of the things that Islam teaches. although, today I talked to her about the situation in qatar with the lgbtq situation. although she agrees about the fact that we respect other people's cultures when we go to their countries as though we go into their own home. but then when I talked about the fact that the lgbtq community has gotten to the point that they force their own beliefs on others. but she then brings up an argument which I found ridiculous. which was that movies and TV shows have been showing straight people and how they are in relationships, so straight people have been propergating their own agenda. so it's time for gay couples to do the same. i just didn't find the logic in that.
