You need to have all Book 1 escape badges (including Chapter 12 bad and good ending) to be able to get the True Ending for Book 1.
You need to have all Book 2 escape badges (including savior/survivor endings) to be able to get the Hidden ending for Book 2.

The hidden ending is super hard. It took me a few hours. If doggy or Zizzy won’t hit TIO because he doesn’t stop, there are two ways to help them hit him. You either need to loop TIO around a block in the City section of the map, or step on a trap which will automatically stop TIO.

TIO Ending:
Step 1: Get Savior Ending on Factory, afterwards go to Settings and click on "Savior"
Step 2: Go to Docks and Keep Pony Alive.
Step 3: Go to Camp on Swarm Mode, open Blue Key, and put in the code 467854
Step 4: Go to Chapter 12 and get the wrench. There's 4 vents. Use the wrench on all four, one by Spawn, Yellow Key, Opposite Hallway near Blue Key Card, then lastly inside Blue Key Card. If the number is "9" spell out "Nine" if "4" spell our "Four". You'll want to look up the keyboard meaning. I used Thinknoodles "Piggy Book 2 Chapter 12 True Ending + Tio Skin" video at 3:18
