Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski says he'd bring something new to Congress

Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski hopes to take the lessons of local government all the way to Congress.

"I do think I sort of represent a new generation of leadership," he said.

Running in Maryland's second district, he's promising to bring something new to the job.
