Clown Vedant Patel's message is that _as long as_ Israel delivers a _"part"_ instead of the _"entirety"_ of what the administration expects of Israel, the administration considers such an outcome _"progress."_ He also has trouble understanding a _straightforward_ question asking what Qatar's _withdrawal_ [in frustration] from the mediation _"means for the ceasefire talks"_ in the remaining 70 days.
