Hi Callum, your videos have been extremely helpful in my journey with this program. In course 3, there’s the option to do facilitated review sessions. Have you done them before? Is it worth it? Fan of your work, keep it up ! 🏠

Thank you for the valuable information! In terms of the exams, I'm curious if the test remains with the same questions or will be updated by end of april.

Hey Callum, I hope you can answer my question today since I have an exam tomorrow morning. When selling a high rise unit where would the agreement of purchase go? I have no idea about this and need to get info about it, does it go where the seller says? Or the condo manager determines that? Or what please let me know.

Thank you so much !

are these changes going to be on the real estate course 1 exam? because the course still uses rebba and has the old client vs customer service info.

Sorry to counter your statements but I've been studying the new TRESA legislation & the client relationship IS changing... People could choose to be a Full Client or a Limited Client (both with options for Brokerage wide representation or Designated Representation). Then there would be a new category for Self Represented Party.

With the new forms being release soon, you may want to brush up on these so you can bring some clarity in your next video on TRESA legislation.
