OK, answered my own question. It should be easy to understand but this seems a bit more complicated than it has to be. Thanks for all the great tutorials. It's helped me immensely.

Very helpful, but where do incoming messages from users are stored? in the website somewhere or in the websites email?

Hi,
I am absolutely lost. you didn't say how to enable it. My site says access denied if without login it try to view it. I can Only see it from administrator page.
second thing:  You did not explain how you added the text paragraph to the contact page. Whey those blocks? how contact form blocks work? I was thinking we have only main web site blocks. Now even contact form has its own block? I gotta switch back to writing my own php code. this is not making life easy. For 8 years I've been thinking to come to and every time I try, I find it harder than writing my own code. I don't know why1000s of people find the CMS useful while they need equal learning as the PHP/MYSQL. They are not making life easy . They are the same time-waster as non-CMS.
