For example:
- You pick Camille when blindpicking
- Yone when the enemy toplaner is not Aggresive
- Kayle when there are no high range enemies
- What to pick when you have good frontlane
- What to pick when full enemy team is AD
- What to pick agaisnt certain champions

etc etc...

Here's a hidden tech that is sometimes useful:
As Viego, you can cast E during W charge.
Usually if you charge W during E, you come out of stealth, then go back into stealth.
But if you W(hold) > E, you're stealthed and they might not have even seen you start charging.
Especially good for ganking or jungle.
