Psalm 16 | Pleasures Evermore | Bible Study

This Bible study devotional covers Psalm 16. In this passage, David is confident that when he trusts in God alone that he will experience pleasure and joy at God’s right hand.

In Psalm 16, we see Jesus as the ultimate heir of David who “did not see decay.” When we trust in Jesus and his faithfulness, we are given God as our inheritance, and we will sit at his right hand forever!

The Bible is about jesus. I pray every one sees Jesus in the scriptures.

 The Old Testament shows us the spirit of Jesus.  When you read the psalms see Jesus in them.   We were not the ones in the bible or our sufferings or a prophets sufferings that are declared in the bible.  Its all Jesus. But dont believe my words believe Jesus's own words.


John 5:39 (KJV)

Luke 24:

29 ¶ Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption (quoted from psalm 16:10)
