Hello Amy. I have the MC500E and the Cover Stitch 2000 and I'm in love with Janome machines. I don't know if you have any kind of contact with Janome but if you do I'd like to recommend them through you to make some changes for the next memory craft embroidery only machine.
I'd like that these machines had:
1. A tension deal outside to regulate the tension manually.
2. Had a rotary hook for the bobbin like the 4 or the 7 needles machine, that makes easier to change the bobbin when we run out of thread without having to remove the hoop and avoid thread jams.
3. Endless hoop capability to embroider continuous borders for example.
These changes will make the Memory craft embroidery only machines the perfect choice since they are reliable and less expensive than Berninas. Let me know what do you think about my recommendations and if you have Janome contact info. Thank you.
