This is a 60 minute very mellow restorative yoga flow for those times when you just need to take it easy. Some calm, mindful movement and breath awareness paired with supportive yin / restorative postures. A nurturing practice if you need to wind down, de-stress or you feel sore in your body. For practice, all you will need is a blanket and a yoga block (or substitute with a firm thick book).

Thank you very much indeed for this peculiar lesson- I'm very happy to come across those I've missed so far (although shot at home - no King Ralphie?). I travelled some other tracks during this hour, your advice & guidance of attention regardless of Asana so to the point instructive. For example, I arrived in Pidgeon some breaths before you went there, but chose to do a variation of it with the folded front leg over (!) the Dolphin/lowered to ellbows arms, a new one for me, wild, & everything you said applied to this to the T as well, of course, I was smiling the whole of the class! ❤️🙏🏻

Thank you, Fiona. I just did this one this morning. It’s relaxing. I can’t hold pigeon pose for a few minutes at a time so I was a little fidgety. My yoga block is too high. There’s no book that thick. Lol😂

Beautiful practice. Thank you. I've been doing yin yoga for just over a year now. A number of weeks ago I thought I would try a flow practice ... turned out there was a lot more wobble than flow. Today seemed like a good day to try another flow ... still wobble, but nowhere near as much ... I am constantly amazed at what this 65 year old body of mine can achieve in relatively short periods of time. With gratitude ... namaste.

This was just what I needed today - Thank you for the nice balance of gentle movement and yin style postures. I fell asleep in shavasana!

The only part that was distracting for me was the sound going up and down. Maybe you were trying to reduce distraction when you were being silent by taking down the open-mike sound, but every time it went away and came back it caught my attention and pulled me out of being present in my body... There was at least one other of your videos where the same thing happened.

Keep the videos coming, please! They are such a gift to me. I have loved every single one I have tried 💙
