I am 46 too and have fine hair just like yours. I think this look here is grand for you. I wear this style too but mine has more volume if i gel scrunch air dry then give it some overnight satin covered sponge curlers and spray. Im growing mine out till 50 and then deciding what length it can handle without looking too stringy. Keep smiling!

I love the hair!  I gotta try it!  I'm getting ready to get my hair cut shorter, about your length, or maybe a little longer.  My hair is very fine, so hope this will work or me.  I used to have such naturally curly hair that people would stop me and ask where I got my perms, and I told them I'd never, ever had one in my life!  True!  I would wash it, blow it mostly dry, scrunch some curling cream through it, little spray and done.  Now that I'm almost 53, it's gotten mostly straight and thin.  Loved your tutorial!  I think when a woman is older, the straighter her hair is, the more it brings attention to her wrinkles, which I have a lot of now
