I met a friend of mine who lived this dream and I wanted to know what's that like. I've been an external with BMW for a long time. I love BMW since childhood but the politics, processes is tiring at some point. The IG Metall tariff means we can earn more as a software dev outside BMW (as an external) than inside BMW

I will add something, I can divide small towns and villages by connectivity, if you are from a small town which is not connected to any big city you are in a worse condition, I come from such place which is not connected to any big city and being a middle class guy we can't afford taking a flight to a big city.People who atleast live near a big city are really lucky, at least you can take a 6 hours train to Mumbai to write IELTS, we lower middle class people from small towns can't even make it. LUCKY I am a Student at LMU, Munich now. Its a lot I have been through, but of course people had seen way worse, and those people with their stories keeps me going❤❤.

If the minimum passing % in my university is 40% in theory, 40% in theory aggregate, 40% in practicals and 40% in practical aggregate, the overall is 40%. Will uniassist use this minimum 40% to evaluate my German grade or will it use the upper end of the pass class range 50% to calculate it?
