I always took it as "He's alot for your FIRST god child." All of Cosmo's and Wanda's trouble godkids were later in their lifetimes. The first one was probably easy(Or at least easier than Timmy). Dev is a lot for Peri since Peri is so young and this is his first go round

I think what Wanda meant when referring to Dev as 'a real doozy' as Dev was only a real doozy for Peri specifically, especially since it was his first Godkid and he got a spoiled rich boy and not someone easier to handle like Hazel— that's just my guess tho🤷‍♀️

To be honest Timmy was generally a good kid. And we know there are worse.
Also he saved earth and Fairlyworld couple of times and most causes weren't even his fault.
I see it as a good thing that the rules got more detailed and bigger.
He showed vulnerabilities that much worse kids could have exploited.
I'm mean seriously, time wishes should have been obvious.

After seeing how it all ended, Wanda knows what she's talking about and Timmy or any other god kid being doozies doesn't mean that there can't be other doozy kids. She meant as a first god kid for her son but she was unintentionally foreshadowing.

Timmy Turner was at least not as bad as Mary Ann and a few other people.
He did cause a lot of rules to be made because of him though, but he definitely did have fun for a very long time and longer than he should've.

I feel like it’s more of Wanda’s intuition. Her and Cosmo have had multiple god kids that have caused major world events and catastrophe, maybe she thinks that Peri’s Godkid is just as bad and is one wish away from doing the same thing.
