Have you ever measured the outside diameter of the sleeves? I’m curious if they’re exactly 50mm or a bit less like Rogue’s sleeves (<50 causes plate slop)

So about the inner chest article, when you do chest exercises the torque is maximum when your upper arm is perpendicular to the force resisted. When you do bench presses or flies you're resisting gravity. Thus the torque is maximum when your upper arms are straight out, which means you're mainly working your deltoids and your outer chest. To work on your inner chest, you need to do exercises where the torque is maximum when your upper arms are closer to your chest.

A Chinese bar named after a skiing.... hmmm yeah I don't think so. If you don't know anything about power bars just pick up a Ohio Power Bar - Bare Steel or a Texas Power Bar 29m and you'll be set.
