Is there a way to do this in Blender and what's the difference between doing it in editor or just adding the socket to skeleton in Unreal?

I have a problem with my socket. I have created one and named it Weapon_1 and it is placed in a hand, i have setup every thing in blueprints the same way you have but when i play the game my fire particle is on the floor. it will follow the player and every thing just not end up in his hand.
