I feel like a grandpa but it's nice to hear that call-out and reference to TikTok/vine lol. Goes without saying but it's upsetting to see how casually people choose virality over their safety, obviously with dumbass stunts but also posting your name and your face and where you work and the state you live in, for anyone on the internet to see...even people who use those platforms to plug their independent companies and artwork aren't immune to being stupidly vulnerable online lmao.

And I know it's the most popular social right now, but I also think it's weird how many views a TikToker can get on the official app, but the number of interactions and followers they get on all their other socials can't even maintain like 1/5 of what they have on TikTok. And also, it's not even a supportive place for creatives, what with that giant catalogue of audios TikTok provides for video editing, and the amount of times they've gotten into legal trouble for taking someone's audio work without asking and letting anyone have free access to use it however they like...sorry to rant, but these sorts of apps really need to die lmao
