Yes, but one demographic is committing over 54% of murders and 52% of murder victims while only being 13% of the population. Interracial violence is of course the most common, but those numbers are inexcusable

Starts with UNEMPLOYMENT, the federal government need to go through every impoverished area in American giving out federal jobs. That would greatly decrease the crime rate in this country. People have to have something to live for, but this is not what the ruling class really want for American.
