Gratitude for sharing Kseny. I appreciate you showing movements that utilize scapula mobility as I found that "dissolving" the excessive adhesion of soft tissue to my spine in this area (in about a year) substantially "opened" or "filled" my whole middle dantian region which led to an automatic "hanging" or floating of the tail bone, gentle extension of the spine and the feeling of my "head being suspended from above" or "floating upwards from below." The "middle cross" and open armpits also allowed the "streams" of qi to naturally move through my upper and lower (armpit then along Yin sides of the arms) shoulder region through to my finger tips.

Opening that area in my experience is an instruction that in my honest opinion isn't emphasized enough (sometimes not mentioned at all by some teachers) as for me and others I've observed it to incrementally but continually connect the dantiens, "pillars" which eventually significantly "clarifies" the energetic networks and pathways.
