I hear you Dale. I still have a Bow -Tech from 2007 !
16 Yeas Old., and the bow before that was a 1990 Ben Person "Flame" that I used for 17 years. Once I get use to it, and it shoots good, then there's no need to "Upgrade" every other year.

This is my first bow and I’m shooting an old Hoyt Maxxis 31. I love it. Recommended and sold and set up by my local bow shop. New limbs, string, and cam. Good to go with everything I need.

I'll be carrying my 2003 Mathews Q2 into the woods again this year. I keep telling myself the same thing, this is the year to upgrade but I just can't seem to pull the trigger on a new one. Every year I take 3 deer with it and it just does what it's supposed to. It may not be the fastest, but it sure is smooth and quiet which is hard to beat when shooting 10-20 yards in my thick woods. Thanks for the great content!

Have a switchback xt I'm still shooting. It still shoots great and has killed a lot of deer and some turkey as well. my grandma gave me the money to buy it before she passed, so it means a lot.

I’m shooting the same bow Impulse 34! I can’t remember exactly how long I’ve been shooting it but I guess since it came out. It still shoots fantastic

I've kept one from 2010. Still shoot it every year. I've had several since that one and sold them. My wife just bought me a new one at Christmas time.
Dale your bow sure could use a new set of strings and cables.

I have a Hoyt Mirage 2 that is 20 years old. Still shoots as fast, straight, and accurate as the day I bought it. Never prescribed to getting the needy latest bow. My friend Bill had a Matthews bow he didn’t want to let me shoot because I would want one. Well, I shot it, then proceeded to beat the pants off him with my Hoyt while he short his new Matthews. Nothing can replace time spent behind the string of a trusted bow!

The best bow made is the one you shoot the best. If your shooting an impulse 34 you will love the Elite Ethos. I almost bought the one I reviewed. Love the content thanks for the work you put into this.

Matthew’s ZX7xtreme and still going strong after 10 years old. Multiple string replacements but the best shooting bow I’ve ever owned

Still have a Proline Typhoon purchased in the 70's. Don't hunt with it anymore, but still love shooting it.
