Opening and Closing A&E by Dometic RV Awning

This video shows how to open and close an RV awning made by A&E Dometic. Yes the camera work isn’t the greatest but my 5 year old daughter was the camera girl so cut her some slack! 👍

We just got an RV and today was our first day using the awning. The wind start picking up and we realized we didn't know how to get it back down quickly and correctly. We did it and then decided we better look it up to make sure it was locked in place. Thanks for the informative tutorial - next time we'll look like we know what we are doing!

Thank you very much for recording this (wish the camera guy got a little closer when u were doing certain things, but it is what it is). We drop our leg down at the rear end of the rig; rachet strapped to the ground for high winds. While keeping the front one attached to rig & secured as well. We're in a wind tunnel. But THANK YOU! You saved lives and ALOT of arguments between spouses. 😂
