We take a look at how to Mod the packout better. For the need of a removable handle on the rolling packout cart 48-22-8426 there are a few options. So far all the ones i've seen are not very good. So we find the best way to do this using a cotterless hitch pin. We believe this is the best option on the market today.

Thanks so much for this tip! I stripped the holes on my pack out and bought some quick release pins but they broke! This looks way sturdier!

I went ahead and did this upgrade to my packout.
I used a carabiner to hold the pins👍🏽
It feels very sturdy!

My issue with this, is you can’t extend your arms anymore?

Or just buy the flex boxes which are just like the pack outs and that handle already comes out

Or just buy the quick release pins that replace the bottom screws. Gives a much more professional and finished look

Milwaukee already took out the solution and changed the handle of the box.

Milwaukee failed so hard at this. Dewalt comes right out just by pushing the button in and pulling it all the way out. Not rocket science 🤦🏽‍♂️
