This is all drama. If he ran away it's because of the Diddy case, and her involvement along with her narcissism. If they don't divorce, then it's because Jlo is very smart. She had to come up with something to distract everyone from her being involved with the PDiddy case. With that being said, if this "alone time/possible divorce" for both of us will keep the involvement gossip away.
