Marie is the Director of It's Yoga® International and studied for 7 years with Larry Schultz who co-created the routines based off of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice. Larry studied for 7 years with Sri K Patthabi Jois and revolutionized the system when he became the yoga facilitator for the music group, The Grateful Dead in 1990's. He adapted the practice to the musicians bodies with the introduction of arm balances and inversions. Thus it gained the tagline 'it gets you there faster!' as coined by one of the musicians, Bob Weir when they called it The Rocket®. Hey, move,breathe, fly, fall, go with the flow and have Fun! :D
