I've been following you for awhile. I'm excited to follow you on this juice fast. My 13 year old grandson that is visiting my husband and I from Ft Worth for the summer told me tonight that he loves classical piano music and listens to it at school. He said he actually gets a rush when he hears certain pieces. He has been teaching himself a little from youtube. He's been using a baby toy to teach himself. I'm both amazed and sad that he wouldn't tell anyone because there really isn't any money. Did you have a strong desire when you were young?

Wow, funny to see you are starting a juice fast willingly on the same day that I am forced to do one. I have a colonoscopy tomorrow, so the only thing I can do is drink water and juice. I wish I had access to a good quality juicer, would make this a lot more enjoyable. Good luck with your fast!

Juice fast is not a real fast since juice has lots of calories and probably has some soluble fiber too. It is probably similar to the rice diet which was rice plus fruits.

And if it is so great for you why would you have to be monitored? Don't know anybody on a plant based diet who has to be monitored.

Just because we can survive without food doesn't mean we should, unless you want to have less muscle than you started with. In the wild you would become easier prey. And we are not robots or computers so the reset BS is just that. I hope you didn't have to pay.
