Jiren Easily win.. jiren fighting all z fighters in tournament of power . broly still had a hard time fighting goku... Goku fighting jiren with vegeta frieza 17 . Also other universe joining to fight jiren. So no doubt there is no argument here jiren easy win.

Jiren is not in the Broly movie because akira toriyama don't want to broly die easily. Said by Akira Toriyama.
And in super heros movie vegeta mentioned that jiren energy is very controlled and amazing

En mi opinión el ganador es jiren porque jiren fue capaz de darle pelea a Goku con el Ultra instinto dominado vuelvo y repito en mi opinión no creo que Broly logre hacer lo mismo qué hizo jiren de darle pelea a Goku Ultra instinto dominado en conclusión jiren es el ganador
