My first and second took two years of foreign language and never used it since homeschool graduation. It was not something they needed for their college majors, It's always tricky

If you haven’t seen a naturopathic or wholistic dr. I would look into that. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease last summer and also try to eat dairy, gluten, soy and corn free. Stress and sleep quality are also super important. I drink lemon balm tea almost all the time for the stress and my naturopath has Gwen helping me manage my hormones (with the paramenopalse coming on), which was adding stress in my body. I also use cortisol manager to help with sleep at night. All in all, I’m feeling so much better now than 1 1/2 years ago.

Finally coming back and watching this, 😂, I started and stopped at least 5 times🤪I had huge GI issues a few years ago.. like you, my body just felt like it was failing.. I decided to plunk down money and worked with a functional medicine doctor and it was life-changing.. thing was in my gut and once I made changes to what I ate and how I ate I finally started to recover..

🤔🤔🤔I think 1 year of forgien language would be fine. If your state doesn't require two consecutive years why push it? Will it benefit Jack in his future career plans? I say, you are in charge, you know him best, let it go...
