Try reading descriptions a little more.
Particularly, read the rows of unlocks based on general Ti, Heat, Oxygen and Pressure. Then you'll find the Food Grower and how to unlock it.

321 is life. 3 Iron, 2 Titanium, 1 Silicon. Collect then hike as far as the air holds, build a shelter to refill your O2, collect another 321, head on leaving the shelter where it is.

so Iridium and Aluminum is closer than you think
youll get the fooder grower as you increase one of the 3 main stats so just keep working on making more machines that increase Oxygen, Pressure and heat
Lastly if you bring with you always 3 Iron 2 Titanium and 1 Silicon youll be able to build a oxygen box anywhere and it will as as a new respawn point
