You guys are all savages. I’ve had my elite 2 since it first came out and played 100’s of games and 1000’s of hours of games without issue. And it seems like I’ve only charged it a few dozens of times lol. I’ve finally broke it because I accidentally dropped it. But it’s being repaired as we speak and I’ll be on my way

What's the warranty/repair status for these? Usually when you repair something w Xbox that's a limited edition they just send you back a generic one. If we send ours in do we get the exact same model back if they can't fix it? Unfortunately these break so quickly that's important to know

Best feature of the controller is the extended warranty... you'll need it.

I have the Elite Series too it is the best controller out there for gaming better than any other console controllers also in my opinion the competition can't compete Xbox has the best controller for gaming

Does anyone know if the xbox home button on these design lab elites presses the same as the normal controllers (basically a soft press) or if its like the normal (not design lab) elite v2 where its more of a click than a press

Just hope that your controller doesn't need returned for repair. I sent mine back on 6 December 2022 for UPS to maybe have lost it, which I told Microsoft on 12 December. It took them until 30 December to raise the issue with UPS who take 10 working days to carry out investigations, so won't be getting anything back until late January at the earliest. Woefully useless customer service from Microsoft

I got me elite s 2 black for €127 on amazon with all things. So case buttons ect
