In this video, I’m sharing 7 Ways You Can Prepare to Be A Mom! I hope that you learn a little more about postpartum and all that is to come with motherhood!

I hope these tips give you a smooth transition :)

-My Story
If you are new here, my name is Alexis! I'm a mama of two little girls and a parenting coach. After hitting rock bottom with postpartum rage, I was able to find the joy in parenthood again. It's become my mission to help parents show up with peace even in the most challenging moments with their children.

On my channel you will find gentle parenting tips, everything about parenting toddlers, slow living with kids, how to deal with overwhelm + burnout as a parent, overcoming postpartum rage, quieting anxiety + mom guilt, regulating your nervous system, and a little bit of (real life) motherhood inspiration in between.

What a great video! I loved that you mentioned once a week date nights this is something my husband and I want to start incorporating. I also love that you mentioned prayer, I recently bought a few books, one to cover my husband in prayer while I’m pregnant. One to pray for our baby boys and one to pray for our baby girls. A Pregnancy Devotional: 40 weeks of Scripture, Prayer and Reflection, for your developing baby by Rebekah Tague. My husband and I are feeling so very blessed, we are so grateful and definitely feel the love from every corner.
