In this video, I'm going to go over the jab, cross, hook, round kick, jab. You want to be sure that you're starting in hips with distance, not shoulder with because you are going to be kicking.

An easy way to start off with this is just doing a round kick, followed up with a punch transition, transitioning to a punch, working on the three ranges.

Right round kick to the outside of the leg, inside tap and then left round kick to the outside of the other leg. Careful not to bring your foot all the way back because you have to make up the distance, you have to step with the punch after the kick.
