Why LG, 45 inch with 3440x1440 that low resolution for that size monitor, please make 38 inch ultrawide 3840x1600 Oled 240hz.

I like the 21:9 aspect ration and size. I hate the resolution and PPI. 44.5in and 3440 x 1440 is terrible with 83 PPI.
Should have made it 5120 x 2160.... that's or at least 3840 x 1600. At least 93PPI isn't as terrible.
Even if it was only 165Hz, I would have gotten it for the sharpness.

You F'd it up with 1440p. I own 38gl950g 3840x1600 and I would go for it if it was 1600p. As a gamer and content creator 1440 is no go. Maybe Next year LG. I love your UltraGear line. Thank You.

Why, oh why! Its not 3840 x 1600? With 45 inch it shoud be. 38GN950 still better option.

I currently roll with a LG 40WP95C-W as my main with a ppi of 140-it is awesome for productivity as an engineer. I’m currently testing LG’s 45GR95QE-B OLED as a second monitor with a ppi of 80. It is an awesome gaming monitor but not suitable for coding, reverse engineering, running Windows [CMD] or Linux commands on the fly. I’m torn if I should keep the OLED monitor and use it exclusively for gaming. It is an expensive monitor but i’m 85% confident, I will keep the OLED for gaming-esp. since D4 is coming out…

This is a good monitor but the resolution on a 45" screen is not good, the same panel on 34" is fine....
3440 x 1440 on 45" is low 85-88 DPI . Personally Id go with a 42" 4k OLED panel....

This looks like the perfect monitor for me... but why doesn't it have DisplayPort 2.1? It seems all that stunning tech is hampered by an older spec DisplayPort that needs DSC instead of raw output to function - please consider a DisplayPort upgrade for the consumer release <3

What monitor mount is recommended for this monitor? I picked up one of these the other day, and my current monitor mount holds it, but the tilt function can't handle the weight of the monitor. It constantly tilts down, no matter how much I tighten the tilt tension.

I picked this panel up and wanted to love it but the pixel density and resolution just didn’t cut it for the price. I returned it after a week and picked up an LG C2 and am much happier and have an extra $600 bucks in my pocket. Make a 4k 144 hz oled in a 32-42 inch size and I’d buy it today.
