I lost 30 pounds but unfortunately my neck paid the price. I now have laxity of the neck & some sagging platysmal bands under my chin. Others don’t think it a big ordeal but I surely do. Anyways, I’m not ready to get a neck lift yet-do you know if Botox or filler can help with this issue? Thanks!
