saying this as an ff haver, boothill’s the goat. i pulled on ff since i loved her character and i just turn my brain off since i have her e1, but that still doesn’t excuse the fact boothill’s undoubtedly stronger, especially on single target. sometimes it just feels like he takes a bit more setup to use him effectively, and i get to use gallagher to his fullest potential on a ff team, but when boothill’s set up just right he can mop the floor with everything. great showcase!

Boothill was so much fun and so much personality and interesting backstory I had to have him. And then I got Ruan Mei for him. Then I realize he didn’t even need her. He does better with her of course. On his own he can destroy everything with randoms as his teammate. I was doing story / treasure hunting with a no synergy mismatched clown team:(just favorite characters) Gepard, Jiaoqiu, Blade, Boothill and beat the boss, I was surprised how well they did. Boothill doing most of the damage tho… 😂 he needs his own story arch! Too underrated for such a great character!

I dont understand how people continue to call him bad or powercrept, and say he doesn't have a F2P LC option when 3* adversarial exists-- and esp when characters like Acheron only had her sig. Hes a great unit and it makes me happy seeing more showcases like this~

the fact theyre about to release ANOTHER fire break unit (tingyun) in addition to lingsha to make her "stronger" when those don't help her 1c performance at all. sad sad life to be a firefraud main. no amount of fire break units and fire weak enemies will save her.
