Last one is incorrect, the body digests itself and decomposes itself
You won't fully be decomposed but a large amount will be

"No deaths in outer space have yet been recorded in the world."

wait so if i was theoretically in a large glass cube with air and pressure (not enough forever but enough to delay the problems caused by vacuum and loss of air) My skin would start burning after 9 seconds because of no UV protection? I knew there was a LOT more UV in space and that it was a problem but only 9 seconds for burning to start? what kind of burn do I have after 9 seconds like mild sunburn or really bad sunburn my skin is pealing off?

Pretty suspect list with key ommisions and dubious 'facts'. What is this loss of vision - never to return thing? You go blind forever? No! People have been exposed to vacuum for a full minute and came back with normal vision and no long lasting effects (other than burst ear drum - which is one of the ommissions).
Main item ommitted is complete and total loss of consciousness after about 15 seconds - total brain black out (so don't know where these Hallucinations or dream -brain memories of life things fit in either???) The one person who was exposed by accident during spacesuit testing reported being momentarily aware of bubbling on tongue (due to evaporation) then slight disorientation feeling for a second and then total blackout a second later. He had no memory of event otherwise. After he was rescued after minutes of exposure this was his recollection. Otherwise he was fit and well.
...and space debris? seriously? Thumbs down
