The IS interior is essentially the same as the 2014 IS, the ES interior looks more up to date

Not sure why they didn't put the ES interior into the IS. It's already in the UX interiors.

The sharper lines makes the IS much more sporty agressive than the ES in my opinion.

I test drove both cars. In person, the es looks much much better in both exterior and interior. The IS is crammed, it doesn't have that presence.

The aggressive front end make the IS look wider than ES, love the new IS look but not too crazy about the tail lights

The interior of the ES is just much more luxurious and roomier, but the IS looks much more like a sport sedan and is RWD. I currently own a 2015 Lexus is350 F sport if it were my money i think I'd swing more towards the ES350 for better interior, ride, NVH roomier interior etc

I would've waited for the IS refresh but the size is why I bought the ES. More Full seadan-ish.

I have the 2020 ES350 F Sport. Atomic silver, and red interior. IS was too tiny, especially with the rear facing child seat. But on the ES, omg. Passenger has so much front leg room even with child seat!
