I got mine before this video, and the paper instructions were nice and detailed which I appreciated. On its 3rd winter now in the northern WI snowbelt and its still unstoppable. Very pleased with the machine, especially the performance of the efi engine.

Just Purchased the Deluxe 30 EFI from lowes. It was not assembled. which I prefer. but was told if I take it home and assemble it myself the Ariens warranty would be void. I'm a mechanic and very particular on how I set my machines up. I never heard of this? Well Ariens true or false? Nice video by the way.

I purchased a 30” deluxe EFI from Loews off the floor already assembled . It did not come with a battery charger . ? ?

I think you should really reconsider the design of that crank handle for the chute. It looks really awkward having to reach over the control panel especially for shorter operators. Every other manufacturer has been having the crank handle come out behind the control panel.

I'm unable to check for gear case oil. The bolt will unscrew forever and never loosen. How can I loosen this bolt?

I purchased a new Deluxe 30 a few days ago and assembled it, but the auger won't rotate. Is there something simple that I'm missing?

Hello Ariens, we just bought one and discovered a 16 pin connector on the end of a wire harness is not plugged in to the controller on the underside of the control panel. There is seemingly a plug for it on the controller. The manual says nothing about these plugs. Do we need to plug it in?

I have a 24 deluxe 921045 I noticed there is about a 1/4" space on the axal between the wheel hub and the chases is that normal to be there. I'm concerned about it. thank you for any information
